Tim & Sarah's Chesil Speedster

Shortly after buying their Chesil Speedster Tim and Sarah brought it in for a full check over, an interim service and a rough running issue. 

 

The car was generally in great shape but was suffering from a few issues caused by lack of use by the previous owner such as seized rear wheel cylinders, an extremely dirty fuel filter and was in need of an interim service. 

 

Once the above was carried out we turned our attention to the rough running which was being caused by a malfunctioning ignition module and coil. With new units fitted and the engine freshly serviced we tuned the engine and balanced the twin carbs. The 2.1 Stroker Engine with a Porsche style fan and Carbon Fibre Housing and Airbox looked super cool and ran superbly.
